On Friday I arrived home from Tallinn late in the evening so there was practically no chance for training session. My legs were killing me after those Thursday emoms. Today I needed to get some squats still in the books even with the legs being sore as hell.
Strength.
- Back squats 7x5 @ 130kg
Part of the progression I've written for myself. Went alright. Last couple of reps were tough as nails at times. Heavy shit to be honest but very happy on finishing each set with 130kg.
