Time was 9.19 and i can tell you that my burbees didn't look like in the video :-) It was more like baby seal trying to get up from the water

ReplyDeleteI would have liked to see those seal burpees :) Those gymnasticwod progression videos are awesome, I recommend them to everyone, very useful tips for burpees as well as all other movements
