Tuesday. Rest day.
We've been chilling in Sweden this entire day with Pauliina. Wandering around the city, enjoying the warmth of Stockholm and recharging batteries. We'll be sailing back to Helsinki tomorrow morning and I'll be landing in the home gym in the afternoon :)
Toni's workouts.
Deadlifts 5 x 5 (100, 110, 120, 130, 140kg)
Metcon. 10 rounds of 3 deadlift 120 kg, 6 bar facing burbees and 15 m farmers walk (2 x 32 kg kettlebells). Time 14.40.
