It's time to discover the fittest man and woman in Finland today! Venue is @ Tampere and it's gonna be a long day of back-to-back events. The process started already yesterday with a 2-part rowing contest. First the athletes were instructed to go all in on a 7.5km row for time. After 2min break they were to row for another 2km for time. Both distances were separate events and points given separately. That reminds us from 2013 Crossfit Games where the athletes rowed for half a marathon with a 2km checkpoint.

Don't know what the other events will be like. The only other event that has been released is a snatch ladder. Toni drove to Tampere already yesterday so he wouldn't miss a single even this Saturday. The doors opened at 8.00 and first even took place 8.15am. We are going there with Pauliina, my brother and his training partner. Everybody's gonna be there so I'm all excited. The place is a sold out!!!
I'm putting my money on Mikko Aronpää, one of the fittest men on earth. He's been to the CF Games 3 years in a row and has taken about 30th place each year.
