  1. this day was all about failed reps. I nailed some shared pr's in squat and bench but no new pr's today. That cashout was a nice one. I did about 34 unbroken,then a little rest and 16 unbroken. I was tired but I will definitely do that 7 min amrap with burbees what we did few months ago. I'm pretty sure that 100 reps is possible.
