Saturday 5.10: Rest day

Saturday. Rest day.

Did practically no sports today at all. Wanted to go for it, a lot, later in the afternoon. I was thinking about doing some skills training for bar muscle-ups and handstand training but my love persuaded me to go for autumn walk in the forest and enjoy the weather instead. Not a bad choice after all =)

I'll chill today and get ready for Sunday's workouts. Looking forward to get back in action!

  • Squat snatch strength: 5x30, 5x35, 5x40, 3x45, 1x50, 1x55, 1x60 failed, 1x60kg

  • 16min amrap of:
  • 6 toes-to-bar
  • 8 burpees
  • 10 wall ball (8kg)
  • 12 kettlebell swing, russian style (i.e. eye level), 24kg
