Went outdoors with Kari to hit a session at Tornimäki hill. Dumbbell snatches and sprints up the hill. Hurt legs nicely.
- 7 sets of:
- 10 snatches @ 2x25kg dumbbells
- Uphill sprint
- Rest as needed between sets

- 7 push jerks @ 2x25kg dumbbells
- 30 air squats
Hurt my legs big time. Air squats were the worst.
