Haven't done overhead squats in a while. My wrists usually don't like it that much. It's probably due to the wider grip. It feels difficult to go heavy on this movement because of that. After ohs I worked on some skills and box jumps.
- Overhead squats 7x3 @ 60kg
- Every minute on the minute x 10 minutes
- Odd minutes, 5 bar muscle-ups
- Even minutes, 15 box jumps (max reps on the last minute: 32 reps)
