Friday 21.3: Rest day

Friday. Rest day

I'm in need of a rest day. So I'll take it. No reason to push it for no reason. I'll step back for a full recovery day and hit it again tomorrow. Previous days' workouts really shattered my body and it feels like it hurts pretty much everywhere. Below Josh Bridges - one of the serious threats to Rich Froning - talks about the mental game in competition.


And hey, it was that time of the week we'll see another Crossfit Open event to be released! It was 14.4, a chipper as it was widely speculated beforehand. And finally those muscle-ups popped up =) Those guys nailed the workout. Take a look at the announcement below.
