Saturday 2.7: Dumbbells

Saturday. Dumbbells

I've taken 4 rest days after Monday. There's the best reason in the world for that. My beautiful wife gave birth to our firstborn on Tuesday evening :) It's been a blessing to get to be a daddy. Can't describe the feelings. It's simply the best!

It's been busy lately and probably will be much more so in the future due to this little girl. I want to absorb every little detail of this little person's growth as I possibly can. I'll keep on working out as much as I can but this little gal is probably gonna set the terms when, where and how. I'm totally fine with that. It felt good to get heart rate up after couple of days recovery.

Saturdays workouts
1. 100 dumbbell snatch @ 25kg 
2. 50 double dumbbell jerk @ 25kg 
3. Wod, 5rds of:
10 dumbbell squat @ 25kg 
10 lunges 
10 push-ups 
10 lunges
