Sunday 2.9: Rest day

Sunday. No strength training nor workouts today. I'm only stretching and using my floorball stick (consider it pvc pipe) for mobility purposes. My shoulders are not that flexible so I want to pursue better elasticity for that area.

Tomorrow morning I'm heading to pretty familiar place, the gym. I'm gonna make my legs numb and enjoy doing it!
