Had to take it easy today as well. My throat was not feeling great so it was another day off for me. I'll just recover and take care of this body that is rarely sick. Friday 29.11: Rest day

Had to take it easy today as well. My throat was not feeling great so it was another day off for me. I'll just recover and take care of this body that is rarely sick.
